Project | Rochester Pediatric Dentistry

In late 2024, Rochester Pediatric Dentistry purchased a vacant 1970s split-level office building in the historic hamlet of Bushnell’s Basin. The original 10,000-square-foot building was organized across four floor levels, each at a different elevation.
The renovation transformed the complex split-level structure into a more accessible and functional environment for patients and staff. The first floor was reconfigured to a single elevation, allowing the dental practice to operate entirely on one level. One of the upper floors was also removed and a new storefront window system added to create a two-story entry and lobby, bringing openness, natural light, and a stronger sense of arrival to the existing building.

Project | 1020 Place NY, a Mavern Hills Property

1020 Place NY is an adaptive reuse project located on the outskirts of Rochester, New York. Originally constructed as the headquarters for the Girl Scouts of Western New York, the building is now home to Malvern Hills Group, an internationally based boutique property development company.
The original Brutalist structure, characterized by exposed concrete, wood, and expansive glazing, provides a dramatic backdrop for a hospitality-focused workplace. The renovation builds on the character of the existing architecture while providing the space, infrastructure, and flexibility needed to support the company as it grows and evolves.
